Filter centrifuge tubes with 1.5 m and 5 ml receiving centrifuge tubes are available with three different membranes. Their design reduces the risk of contamination when working with radioactive, biohazardous materials and minimizes cross-contamination. Ideal for quick and easy preparation of large numbers of samples and for automated systems.

Typical Applications:

  • Sample preparation for quality control
  • 0.45 μm cellulose acetate membrane for rapid elution of agarose gels
  • Nylon 66 and cellulose acetate membranes for removal of particulates and microorganisms from HPLC samples
  • Cellulose acetate and nitrocellulose membranes for rapid purification and filtration of aqueous solutions
