Centrifugal filters for centrifugal concentration and purification of biological samples. Purifies the sample passing through the ultrafilter or collects the retained material. The deadstop design prevents the sample from being filtered dry. The vertical design and the large filtration surface area ensure fast sample processing. High recovery rate, 80% for the 50 ml tube and 90% for the 15 ml tube.

Available in five pore sizes with the following defined molecular weight cut-off values ​​(MWCO):

  • 5 KD
  • 10 KD
  • 30 KD
  • 50 KD
  • 100 KD

Suitable for all centrifuges that can accommodate conventional 15 ml or 50 ml conical centrifuge tubes.

The centrifuge tubes are manufactured in a class 100,000 (ISO 8) cleanroom.
